Force Majeure

The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations if such performance is prevented or delayed due to events beyond reasonable control.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bihar, India.
