At Ehsan Enterprises, we strive to ensure timely and secure delivery of all orders. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following delivery terms:
1. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partner will contact you on the phone number provided at the time of order.
- If your phone number is not reachable, switched off, invalid, or not responding, a second delivery attempt will be made.
- A maximum of three (3) delivery attempts will be made.
2. Non-Contactable Customers
If we are unable to contact you after three attempts due to:
- Phone switched off
- Invalid or incorrect phone number
- No response to calls
- Call disconnection
Your order will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO) and sent back to us.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- If a COD order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, we still bear forward and return shipping charges.
- Due to these logistics costs, we cannot absorb the COD amount for undelivered orders.
- Customers with repeated failed COD deliveries may have COD service restricted or permanently disabled.
4. Prepaid Orders
- These terms are also applicable to prepaid orders.
- If a prepaid order is returned due to non-availability or non-contactability, the customer must pay:
- Full RTO (Return to Origin) charges
- Re-shipping charges (if the order needs to be dispatched again)
- Re-dispatch will only be processed after payment of applicable RTO and re-shipping charges.
5. Customer Responsibility
- Ensure your phone number is correct and reachable at the time of delivery.
- Provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
- Be available to receive your order within the estimated delivery timeframe.
6. Right to Refuse Service
Ehsan Enterprises reserves the right to cancel or refuse future orders (COD or prepaid) in cases of repeated failed deliveries.
